    Eight hurt in shooting near Dominican Festival in Allentown, PA

    Eight people are recovering, and a shooter has been arrested after a shooting near the Dominican Festival in Allentown.

    This happened around 6:45 p.m. Sunday and responding officers saw several people shooting at each other.

    Allentown Police said that “officers engaged the shooters” and 21-year-old Yunior Peralta-Quintana is one of the shooters.

    Peralta-Quintana is now facing several charges.
