    Man surrenders after shooting a woman in Wells Fargo Bank parking lot

    Philadelphia Police have arrested a 26-year-old man for shooting and injuring a woman inside the parking lot of a Wells Fargo Bank in Northeast Philadelphia.

    26-year-old Ronald Kling surrendered himself to detectives after he got into a verbal dispute with a 61-year-old female and shot her in the left thigh.

    The woman was transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital by Police, where she was placed in stable condition. Kling fled the scene in a Kia Sorento.

    Police were able to recover a 40-caliber FCC on the scene.

    Kling is being charged with Aggravated Assault, PIC, Terroristic Threats, REAP, Simple Assault, VUFA-No License, VUFA-On Streets.
