Police search for windshield smashing suspect in Center City

Police are looking for a person for smashing car windshields in Center City.

The man damaged several cars Tuesday afternoon along Spruce Street between 9th and 11th Streets.

The suspect is a man with a beard and mustache, wearing a dark hat and a light-colored hoodie and pants with black, red, white sneakers carrying a dark backpack.
