The Ranstead Room unveils a new cocktail menu featuring their most popular drinks

Unofficially called “The New Classics”, The Ranstead Room is bringing back some of its most popular cocktails to create a “rockstar” menu.

Head bartender at The Ranstead Room, Nico Diaz, joined us in the PHL17 Hatfield Kitchen to tell us all about it.

“Every cocktail on there has been from a past menu and it has been a rockstar on the past menu,” said Diaz.

One of those standouts is their ‘Lawless Doings’ cocktail, which is made up with mango infused gin, rhubarb, lime, and mint.

When it comes to the vibes of The Ranstead Room, Diaz says, “We love making great cocktails for guests, but that’s not really at the forefront, that’s just what kind of comes naturally to us and what we work hard for. Behind the scenes, really, during service, it’s about the guest experience, about that human exchange and about cultivating a place where people want to go drink and party and bring their friends.”

The menu is out now and Diaz says “come see for yourselves, the hype is what it is for a reason”.
