    Toddler dies after being pulled from a pond in Chester County

    A toddler has died after he was pulled from a pond in Chester County.

    This happened at the Wilson Farm Park in Tredyffrin Township, PA.

    As reported on Action News at 10 on PHL17, the park was filled with hundreds of people celebrating Labor Day.

    Officers came to the park after getting reports of a missing child and they found the boy in a nearby pond.

    He was rushed to the hospital but later died. Police are now trying to figure out how the toddler got in.
