    A person arrested after a man was shot in the head in Kensington

    A 27-year-old man is recovering this morning, after being shot in the head in Kensington.

    This happened near Ella and East Elkhart Streets around 4:00 p.m. yesterday.

    Philadelphia Police did arrest someone and recovered a weapon from the scene.

    The victim is currently at Temple University Hospital and sustained a single gunshot wound in the head.
