Penn State University is ranked one of best schools for tailgating nationwide

Penn State University was ranked the fifth-best school to tailgate at in the country according to a study done by Betway.

The online sports betting agency ranked the colleges with the most-known football programs based on how popular their tailgate parties are in online mentions.

With a popularity score of 1.6364 out of 3, Penn State University placed fifth. This score is thanks to 160,000 Google searches, 77,000 social media posts, and 21% positive social media sentiment.

University of Alabama was ranked first, with a total of 620,000 Google searches, followed by University of Texas and Louisiana State University.
