Liberty Garden offers meatball sliders, cheesesteaks, pizza, and more.

Dana Canalichio, Director of Operations in FCM Hospitality, said the company wanted to bring a concept where people can go after walking through the different exhibitions and museums Philadelphia has to offer.

“The whole idea was to just provide a communal area, to have an area for tourists to come and take a break,” said Canalichio.

Dana Canalichio, Director of Operations at FCM Hospitality, is honored to have Liberty Garden in a place full of history.

Canalichio believes Liberty Garden is an opportunity for people to live just like the different men and women who made our country what it is today.

“Back in the day, the founding fathers were always out with libations and celebrating, so why not have it in a National Park and kind of bring that history back”, she said.

Liberty Garden offers different beers and wineries locally and nationally.

“We have our drinks that, of course, we’re going with the whole historical flair. So, (we have) the Constitutional Punch, the Liberty Bell,” said the Director of Operations.

They also offer Philly favorites with a unique twist.

“We have this meatball, slider. It is delicious, too, you know, but of course, being in a very touristy area, you have got to have some of the basics,” Canalichio said.

Canalichio said FCM Hospitality is honored to be in partnership with the Independence Visitor Center to offer an experience like no other.
