Get game day ready with Hatfield

Chef Jen from Hatfield visited the PHL17 kitchen with some tasty recipes to get your family and friends in the spirit.

A popular tailgating item is the Texas Smokehouse Roast.

“I just put this in the slow cooker for six hours and then it just shreds apart and then you can create sliders,” said Chef Jen.

Other recipes include bacon bourbon pub mix, hot dog mac and cheese and bacon/oatmeal craisin white chocolate chip cookies.

Another fan favorite is the chorizo black bean chili.

“Just a little different from your regular ground beef chili but this is strictly chorizo, black beans, some peppers, some onions and I did put a little bit of chipotle in there,” said Chef Jen.
