Concierge Home Services has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the fifth year.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada, according to a press release. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured and bonded.

Owner Carrie Grant was inspired to establish Concierge Home Services with the vision of offering a specialized home watch experience. Her aim was to provide clients with the utmost comfort, knowing their homes are being expertly and professionally cared for in their absence.

With a robust background in the real estate industry spanning 25 years, Grant has excelled in various roles, including property management, selling residential properties and managing portfolio investments. Her dedication, attention to detail and ethical standards have enabled her to build a loyal client base and a network of reliable vendors within the community. Her professional approach is rooted in the joy she derives from helping clients achieve their goals.

Concierge Home Services serves Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Anthem, Paradise Valley, Peoria and Carefree. You can reach Grant at 602-499-6176 or at info@azconciergeservices.com. Learn more at www.arizonaconciergeservices.com.
