Graze Craze Charcuterie Brand Adds New Arizona Store in Northeast Phoenix

Graze Craze, the brand widening consumer access to the charcuterie dining trend, opened a new location at 4515 N. 16th St., Suite 110, in Phoenix’s Campbell @ 16 shopping center. The specialty store, where artisans create thoughtfully arranged grazing boards and boxes, is the second Graze Craze owned and operated by franchise owners Chris Garrity and Chris Ashby. The duo opened Arizona’s first Graze Craze in Tempe last year.

At Graze Craze, highly trained experts known as Grazologists skillfully design charcuterie arrangements that feature an assortment of fine ingredients perfect for grazing, like fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, house-made jams and more. Graze Craze charcuterie boards offer something for every lifestyle, dietary preference and palate and are available in a variety of size options to cater to any occasion, big or small.

“We’re proud to continue expanding local access to Graze Craze, which takes graze-style dining to the next level with fresh, high-quality ingredients expertly paired to entice the appetite,” said Garrity, who returns to the food and beverage industry after working in sales for several years in a statement. “Graze Craze lets us share our passion for great food in a way that’s both creative and convenient.”

All Graze Craze charcuterie arrangements incorporate a variety of flavors. Garrity joins many others in favoring the Gone Grazey board, a balanced mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. Many are designed with unique appeal, like the Vegegrazian, designed with a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables for anyone embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy the Sweet & Grazey, which is hand-crafted using an abundance of desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips. The store also offers a great alternative to the typical bagel-and-donut brunch lineup with their Brunch Board, brimming with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more.

The artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a large party. The food displays are ideal for elevating work meetings, family gatherings, events and more, and they also make for memorable corporate and personal gifts.

“We’ve been embraced by the Tempe community, and we are excited to help more locals discover the joy of grazing with our new Northeast Phoenix store,” said Ashby, who has worked in the food service industry for 17 years. “Our charcuterie boards are the perfect choice whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to fit a tasty, satisfying meal into your busy day.”

Graze Craze Northeast Phoenix is open for pick-up, catering and local delivery Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
