Delaware LLC Sunshine Bay paid cash for a 14,396-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The listing did not provide information about the home. The X Zip Trust sold it.

OF Silverleaf LLC paid cash for a 7,010-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The house has four bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms and is located on 2.15 acres. It also has a five-car garage, a blue-lit pool, a fountain, an outdoor kitchen and chandeliers throughout the home. GJP LLC was the seller. Laura Lester of Silverleaf Realty had the listing.

David and Kathleen Vertullo paid cash for a 7,928-square-foot north Scottsdale home. He’s a doctor. The new house has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a 10-car garage. Brian and Barbara Degise sold it. He’s also a doctor.

Jeffrey and Mary Smith paid cash for a 6,536-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. He’s a doctor. The hillside house has four bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, a three-car garage and golf course views. The Douglas and Breda Sgarro Trust was the seller. He’s a lawyer.

Paula Kosturos paid cash for a 4,565-square-foot east Phoenix new home with five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms. The Russell Black LLC sold it. Black is a real estate agent.
