Dwyane Wade Made His Thoughts On Angel Reese Extremely Clear After WNBA All-Star Game

NBA legend Dwyane Wade entered the WNBA All-Star Game conversation on social media Saturday night, providing his input on Angel Reese following her victory of Team USA.

After the game, Reese participated in an interview and immediately credited the players around her for her impressive performance and the team’s 117-109 victory in Phoenix, Arizona.

"This league is so talented, so just being able to go up against them, it's an honor... I'm so excited for this league," Reese said.

The former Miami Heat star believes Reese is one of the biggest names in the league, and she's carried herself with immense professionalism along her WNBA journey.

After watching Reese conduct herself with pure class, Wade took to X to praise the rookie, and also referred to her as ‘one of the faces of the WNBA.’

"I love the way she handles being one of the faces of the W!" Wade said.

Reese played in her first career WNBA All-Star Game after making an immediate impact on the Sky so far in the 2024 season. She's averaged 13.5 points and 11.9 rebounds per game, ranked as the No. 2 player in the league for average rebounding per game.

The talented rookie finished the WNBA All-Star game with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Wade has shared high praise for Reese on multiple occasions. They've been known to have a tight bond, with Wade serving as a minority stake owner of the Sky. He invested in the team in 2023 and has since helped uplift the WNBA franchise.
