Delicious Homemade Meatloaf Recipe: Comfort Food in 1 Hour!

One my favorite foods on the planet is meat loaf. I don't know why and my family is even shocked when I say this but it is the absolute truth. It tasty and delicious and surprisingly you only use very few ingredients to make this tasty dish!

Ingredients:

1 1/2lb. of ground chuck

1 Teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce

2 Teaspoons of Salt

2 Eggs (beaten)

1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper

1/4 Cup of Onion (chopped)

3/4 Cup of Cracker Crumbs

1 Cup of Tomato Soup

The Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:

1 Cup of Ketchup

1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Mustard

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375F degrees.

Combine all the meatloaf ingredients together using your hands or a spoon. Mix the meatloaf ingredients well. Pack the meatloaf mixture into a loaf pan.

In a bowl begin combining your mustard, brown, sugar and ketchup for the sauce and mix well. Pour the sauce over the top of the meatloaf.

Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf in cooked through.

After an hour is up take the meatloaf out of the oven and begin serving.

This is a great comfort food for any occasion whether it be an Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas gathering with the family or just on a normal day that you are in the need of some comfort food! Either way it is a fantastic dish that can be served with pretty much any vegetable including green beans, mashed potatoes and yes I consider Mac & Cheese a vegetable (don't judge me!).
