    Fall is less than 40 days away and with that being said, this year's harvesting time for crops is coming to a close but Georgia farmers still have time to yield one more harvest of some crops which I have listed below!

    1. Beets

    Beet seeds reach germination at around 5 to 12 days. They can be harvested in around 49 to 56 days.

    2. Broccoli

    Broccoli seeds reach germination at around 7 to 10 days. They can be harvested in around 55 to 85 days.

    3. Radishes

    Radish seeds reach germination at around 5 to 10 days. They can be harvested in around 30 to 50 days.

    4. Cabbage

    Cabbage seeds reach germination at around 7 to 10 days. They can be harvested in around 80 to 180 days.

    5. Tomatoes

    Tomato seeds reach germination at around 5 to 10 days. The plants can be harvested from in around 60 to 85 days.

    6. Carrots

    Carrot seeds reach germination at around 14 to 21 days. The carrots will be able to be harvested in around 60 to 80 days.

    7. Kale

    8. Lettuce
