Copycat KFC Coleslaw Recipe: Delicious & Easy!

Ingredients:

8 Cups of Finely Chopped Cabbage

1/4 Cup of Shredded Carrots

2 Tablespoons of Minced Onion

1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup of Granulated Sugar

1/4 Cup of Milk

1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

2 1/2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice

1 1/2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar

1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

Shred your carrots and cabbage very finely using a grater and place them inside of a bowl.

Once you have placed your shredded carrots and cabbage in a bowl, combine your 1/2 cup of mayonaise, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Mix all of the ingredients well inside of the bowl. Place plastic wrap over the bowl of coleslaw to prevent anything from getting inside of the bowl and place the covered bowl in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

Once you are ready to serve the coleslaw, take the slaw out of the refrigerator and spoon the slaw into a serving plate or bowl.

This coleslaw tastes exactly like the restuarant KFC's coleslaw and is a great side dish add on to any dinner including, fried chicken, pork chops (fried or baked), country fried steak, bbq and etc.!

Me and my family mostly make this recipe when we are cooking a bbq dinner or when we are cooking fried chicken dinner.

This coleslaw is even good just to eat plain for a snack. Do not ask how I know this but it is delicious!
