    Directions:

Add the warm water, yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar to a bowl and lightly whisk the mixture together.

Let the yeast mixture sit for around 10 to 15 minutes or until the yeast dissolves and begins to foam.

Once the yeast begins to foam, add your milk, sugar, eggs, butter and salt. Lightly mix the ingredients well together using a dough hook on your mixer and lightly mix for around 1 minute. Once 1 minute is up, begin adding in your flour slowly 2 to 3 cups at a time. Mix the flour in well. Add enough flour to the dough to form a soft dough.

Mix the dough and add more flour to the bowl if needed until the dough is not sticking to the sides of the bowl.

Once the dough is not sticking to the sides of the bowl, place the dough in another well oiled bowl and cover the dough with a clean damp kichen cloth.

Let the dough rise covered in a warm place until the dough become twice its current size.

After the dough becomes twice its size, punch the dough down and turn it over to its floured surface.

Divide the dough into 2 separate portions for shaping. Roll both portions of the dough until it is around 1/2 in thickness and then cut out the ends to have the perfect rectangle.

Once you are done, you should have around 35 dinner rolls.

Place the rolls onto prepared baking sheets and let the rolls rise again until they are doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Bake the dinner rolls for around 15 to 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown. Brush the rolls immediately with melted butter.

    Serve and enjoy!
