    Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cups of Warm Water

    2 1/4 Teaspoons of Yeast

    2 Teaspoons of Sugar

    2 Cups of Bread Flour

1 3/4 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour

    1 Teaspoon of Salt

    1 Teaspoon of Cocoa

    2 Tablespoons of Butter

    2 Tablespoons of Molasses

    1/4 Cup of Honey

    Directions:

In a bowl combine your sugar, yeast and warm water. Dissolve the yeast in the solution and wait until the yeast mixture begins to foam.

In a separate bowl combine your bread flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa and salt. Mix well.

Add your butter into the dry mixture ingredients and mix the butter well into the mixture using your hands. Once you have mixed the butter, make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add your molasses, honey and yeast mixture. Combine the dry and wet mixture by slowly mixing the wet ingredients in the center in with the dry ingredients.

Knead the dough for around 10 minutes and once you are done, roll the dough into a ball and place it in a covered bowl. Set the bowl in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.

Once the dough has set, roll the dough into 6 inch long logs. Sprinkle water on your hands and rub your hands over the top of the dough to moisten the dough then pour a little bit of cornmeal over top of the bread dough.

Place the bread logs back onto a baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough logs sit in a warm spot for around 1 hour or until the loaves are double in size.

Preheat your oven to 350, uncover your dough and remove the plastic wrap. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
