Edwardsville to soon welcome ‘all things pickleball’
What has been deemed as America’s fastest growing sport is headed to Edwardsville, and in a big way. SmashHouse, a premier pickleball tournament facility, is coming to the southeast corner of the new 95-acre Park North commercial development located at the Interstate 55 and IL-143 interchange. Park North is just north of and adjacent to the Plummer Family Park and will include other sports and family attractions as well as new lodging facilities and other ancillary visitor services.
