Damage lawsuit filed on behalf of city of Clemson
City of Clemson has gone into Pickens County Court of Common Pleas with a lawsuit against a Florence County man. The lawsuit, entered last week, accuses Jesse Daniel Holladay of unlawfully entering a city-owned utilities plant on the Cochran Road during the early morning hours April 23, 2022 and stealing a 2014 Ford F-150 truck. It further alleges that Holladay, while driving the city truck, caused significant damage to both the truck and the utilities plant property. The city of Clemson seeks damages – actual, special and punitive.
