On the 3rd day of the Sacramento Futures Championships, Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics 16-year-old Kelsey Zhang kept it rolling. After a big swim in the 400 IM on Thursday night, Zhang was back in action in the women’s 100 fly on Friday night, where she won in a time of 1:00.53. The performance came in just off Zhang’s career best of 1:00.10, which she set in May of this year. Fellow 16-year-old Sage Miller, a product of Iolani Swim Club in Honolulu, HI, came in 2nd with a 1:00.95. That was a huge personal best for Miller, taking nearly a full second off her previous mark of 1:01.75, which she swam just last week at the Hawaii LC Age Group Championships.

The Pueblo Riverwalk channel will be emptied and cleaned between July 29 and Aug. 15 as H.W. Houston construction crews proceed with the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP) 1A Expansion Project.
