CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Luck is in the air, Cincinnati! A $1 million prize was claimed from a $50 Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket. The winner, whose identity has not been disclosed, decided to take $500,000 cash over the incremental annuity payments (which, according to the scratch-off's website, would be $40,000 a year for 25 years). After taxes, the winner brought home $360,000.
