PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WATE) — Several people received medical treatment after going down a slide at a popular Pigeon Forge amusement park last week. No foul play is suspected.

A total of six people suffered burns from a slide at the Fast Tracks amusement center in Pigeon Forge on June 27. Some were transported to an area hospital via ambulance, while others traveled by private vehicle.

The burns were caused by a chemical on the slide, investigators said. It has since been decontaminated by a Poison Control Center.
