Man accused of leading police on multicounty chase in stolen semitrailer cab
TROY, Ala. (WSFA) - A Montgomery man is in police custody after police say he led them on a vehicle chase spanning multiple jurisdictions Sunday night. Troy Police Chief Randall Barr said it started in his city when local officers responded to a vehicle theft in the 100 block of U.S. 231. He said the vehicle turned out to be the cab of a Peterbilt semitrailer without the trailer attached.
Troy man guilty of second-degree burglary
TROY-A Troy man convicted of second-degree burglary remains in Pike County Jail awaiting sentencing in October. Quinten Marquez Woods, 35, was found guilty by a Pike County jury Tuesday in 12th Judicial Circuit Court in Troy, with Circuit Judge Sonny Reagan presiding.
