JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) — The Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) investigated four fatal crashes during the Independence Day holiday weekend. The first fatal crash happened shortly before midnight on Thursday on Highway 13 in Pearl River County, which is northwest of Biloxi. Two vehicles collided and killed Jocelin Sanchez, 23, of Tylertown.
