HALE COUNTY, Ala. — An emergency alert issued a missing man in Hale County has been cancelled. 19-year-old Devin Dynell McKinney was last seen Wednesday at around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Highway 69 in Moundville. As of 1:56 p.m. Thursday, the alert had been cancelled.

New trucking hub coming to Dale Co., state commits almost two hundred thousand in funds
