Fire Up the Grills Sept. 27-28

This year’s Sizzle and Smoke is set for Sept. 27-28, 2024, at Ingalls Harbor in Decatur, Ala.

Emma Cho, 9, of Pike Road has been named a winner in the Alabama Housing Finance Authority’s third annual National Homeownership Month art contest. Alabama children between the ages of 5 and 12 were invited to show what makes their hometown special.
