Bath Police cite concerns with bail reform after multiple arrests of local woman
Bath Police are highlighting issues with current bail reform policies after arresting Courtney Roche three times in a span of three days. Roche’s alleged criminal activities began on July 9 when she unlawfully entered a restricted area of the Bath Municipal Building and was caught stealing credit cards. The following day, she reportedly pulled a fire alarm at the Quality Inn on West Morris Street.
