ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested a man Tuesday following a crash that left one woman dead and another man seriously injured in Seminole. Joshua Kohlbecker, 43, is being charged with DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and Felony DWSLR (Driving While License Suspended or Revoked) causing death after he failed to stop at a red light and slammed into the car in front of him, which burst into flames, according to a news release from the agency.
