Crisp County Traffic Stop Leads to Drug and Firearm Charges for Cordele Man
On August 1, 2024, around 4:00 P.M., a Crisp County Sheriffâs Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a silver Chevrolet Monte Carlo for improper stopping. The Deputy witnessed the driver stopping in the middle of the road and not wearing a seatbelt. Initially, the driver failed to stop after the Deputy activated lights and sirens. The car eventually stopped after going around the Rosewood Estates subdivision.
