New Batavia Neighborhood Parks To Be Dedicated on August 24th
The Batavia community will soon be able to visit and enjoy two new neighborhood parks as Batavia Park District is hosting two park dedications on Aug. 24. Peter Frieders Park on the east side of Batavia, and Coventry Park on the west side, have been developed as passive green spaces in their respective neighborhoods. Each park offers an open space for individuals and families to walk their dog, enjoy a picnic or even throw around a football.
