MCLEAN COUNTY (25News Now) - A 25-year-old music teacher from Bloomington, Destinee Feliciano, was announced as the winner of the Chicago White Sox National Anthem Contest. DEKALB, Ill. (WIFR) - DeKalb police arrested a man for attempted murder after officials with the United States Marshals Service found him in Chicago. On June 23, DeKalb police responded to 820 S.
