HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (TCN) -- A 33-year-old woman was arrested this week after she allegedly drowned her young daughter following a "rough day." On Saturday, July 13, the Henderson Police Department received information that a child drowned in Drakes Creek near Sanders Ferry Road.
