A former Pitt State basketball player signs to play professionally overseas.

Former Pittsburg State men's basketball player Jeramy Shaw signs a pro contract with KK Alkar of the Premijer liga in Croatia, according to the team's Instagram account .

Shaw Spent two seasons with the Gorillas. In 2022-23, he played in 28 games and averaged 6.6 points & 2.5 rebounds.

In an expanded role in the 2023-24 season, Shaw saw action in 24 games -- starting 20 of them. He averaged 16.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. He scored a career-high 34 points against Central Oklahoma on March 8th.

Prior to coming to PSU, Shaw spent time at North Central Missouri Junior College and University of Detroit Mercy.
