Pittsburgh Steelers report to training camp in Latrobe

It’s officially the start of the Pittsburgh Steelers training camp.

The Steelers began reporting to Saint Vincent College in Latrobe for training camp Wednesday.

Channel 11 followed the team throughout the first day of training camp.

One of the first players to arrive was first round pick Troy Fautanu .

UPDATE 1:36 p.m.

Najee Harris said he was disappointed at first that the Steelers didn’t pick up his fifth year option, but moved past it.

“Me sitting around, being disappointed for too long wouldn’t do anything to help me out, you know? It is what it is. Just gotta keep pushing,” he said.

UPDATE 12:57 p.m.

Quarterback Justin Fields has arrived at training camp, wearing a sweatshirt that says “humble over hype.”

UPDATE 12:53 p.m.

Steelers star T.J. Watt has arrived at training camp.

Elandon Roberts arrived at training camp wearing overalls and a cowboy hat.

Alex Highsmith also arrived at training camp.

UPDATE 11:13 a.m.

More players have arrived at Steelers training camp.

Quarterback Russell Wilson made his first appearance in Latrobe at around 11 a.m.

Running back Najee Harris made his appearance shortly after.
