Fantasy football writer calls Steelers WR George Pickens top breakout candidate

Attention fantasy footballers! Keep an eye on George Pickens when drafting your (hopefully) winning roster in the coming weeks.

NFL Network’s fantasy football analyst Michael F. Florio awarded the gold medal for breakout fantasy football receiver to the Pittsburgh Steelers veteran wide receiver.

“George Pickens gives you wide receiver one upside, and you get him at wide receiver three cost on draft night,” Florio said on NFL Fantasy.

We can only hope that Florio’s prediction isn’t just a fantasy. The Steelers will have to create some big plays through the air, but Pickens needs to expand his route tree and get separation to make that happen.

Unfortunately, there aren’t any other top wideouts on Pittsburgh’s roster to consistently divert defenders’ attention away from Pickens.
