Despite the fact that he plays for a division rival, Cleveland Browns star pass-rusher Myles Garrett recently gave fellow elite pass-rusher, Pittsburgh Steelers EDGE T.J. Watt, a huge compliment.

That compliment came when Garrett was asked to name the pass-rushers around the NFL he watches in order to try and improve his game.

Garrett listed the Steelers star, along with the Las Vegas Raiders ' Maxx Crosby, the San Francisco 49ers ' Nick Bosa, the Dallas Cowboys ' Micah Parsons and the Cincinnati Bengals ' Trey Hendrickson.

“Maxx (Crosby), Nick (Bosa), Micah (Parsons), Trey (Hendrickson), and T.J.,” he revealed, per Nick Farabaugh of PennLive.com . "Just watching how they deal with circumstances and situations that I get put in, whether it’s a double team, chip, outside chip, wide receiver, tight end from the back field, triple teams — whatever it is, looking at how they go through their process and beating those (guys), and trying to implement that into my game however I can.

“And watching those guys definitely helps take my game to the next level because we have so many talented guys at the position. So, just trying to learn from my own mistakes, watching it day in and day out, making sure I minimize the mistakes that I make."

However you want to order them, there's no question that Watt and Garrett are the two best pass-rushers in the NFL currently.

Over the last three years, Watt and Garrett are No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, in sacks, with Watt tallying 47 and Garrett totaling 46. Garrett is tops in the NFL the past two seasons with 30, and Watt's 24.5 in that span ranks tied for 10th. However, it's obviously important to note that Watt missed seven games in 2022.
