Showers, threat of storms continue Tuesday

Showers and the threat of storms continue Tuesday, and a few storms could bring heavier downpours and gusty winds. One round of wet weather is expected to move through the area before sunrise through mid morning with a second round of showers and storms possible early afternoon through the evening.

The track and timing of the rain chances are still coming into focus, so check the live Severe Weather Team 11 updates on Channel 11 News often. A few spots may get repeated rounds of heavy rain from storms and could see localized flooding.

More showers and storms are possible Tuesday through Saturday.
