The Pittsburgh Steelers are embracing the family aspect of their organization during training camp.

Rising sophomore linebacker Nick Herbig was putting in some extra work after practice, joined by Steelers legend James Harrison. The two were seemingly working on the most effective way to reach around an offensive lineman to strip the football.

Herbig impressed during limited playing time in his rookie campaign, recording three sacks, five tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery. The 22-year-old could contribute heavily to one of the NFL's strongest pass-rushing linebacker cores, highlighted by T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith. The duo combined for 26 sacks last season, which Herbig will look to add on to.

Working with the Steelers' all-time sack leader, Harrison, will undoubtedly spark stronger development for Herbig. Harrison played the majority of his career in Pittsburgh, earning multiple Super Bowl rings, two All-Pro selections, and the 2008 Defensive Player of the Year award. Fast forward to present day, fans in the comments were praising Harrison for still appearing in strong physical shape.

Considering prior health issues on the Steelers' defense, Herbig could find himself thriving with an increased role next season.
