    Sen. Warren discusses federal investment in Pittsfield

    PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Senator Elizabeth Warren will be in Pittsfield on Thursday to host three different roundtable discussions on healthcare, black-owned businesses, and veteran support services.

    On a jam-packed day, she starts with a visit to the Volunteers in Medicine’s facility highlighting funding she helped secure for healthcare access in the Berkshires. Then she meets with the Berkshire Black Economic Council to discuss work being done to support entrepreneurs of color.

    She ends with a tour of Soldier On, a facility that offers veterans and their families support with mental health services and housing.
