    ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Happy Monday! According to Meteorologist Matt Mackie, there may be some stray showers scattered throughout the day with the chance for thunder tonight and the temperature in the 80s this afternoon.

    Vice President Kamala Harris was in Pittsfield, Massachusetts on Saturday for a fundraiser and spoke about her presidential campaign. Also, police arrested two men following a burglary at the College of Saint Rose—this, and more, in your five things to know this Monday.

    1. Kamala Harris in Pittsfield for fundraiser event

    In Pittsfield, Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee spoke at a fundraising event at the Colonial Theater. The event closed down roads and brought in people from all around the area.

    2. Police: Two men arrested in College of Saint Rose burglary

    Albany Police arrested two men on Saturday regarding an alleged burglary at The College of Saint Rose. Police said Anthony Brown-Davis, 35, and Jerome Williams, 32, were charged with burglary and grand larceny after responding to a burglary call around 9 a.m.

    3. Lane closures planned for I-90

    An upcoming lane closure on I-90 will begin on Monday near exit 5A for Corporate Woods Blvd. to exit 6A for I-787 in Colonie. The closure will run until Monday, Sept. 30, for a pavement renewal project.

    4. Pittsfield plans fog-sealing street improvements

    The city of Pittsfield will begin a new street improvement project to fog-seal its roads, extending its life. Starting Monday, July 29, the preservation of recent road resurfacing work will begin.

    5. Police arrest Schenectady man following shots fired

    The Schenectady Police Department reported that it arrested a Schenectady man following a shots fired incident. Malachi Grier, 19, faces multiple charges, including criminal possession of a weapon.
