Second storm brings new power outages and road obstructions in Conshohocken, Plymouth, and Whitemarsh
Not all of the power outages from the storm that passed through the July 16th had been resolved when a second storm hit the area during the afternoon on July 17th. SCRANTON — Two men accused of road rage that led to the March death of a barber from West Scranton waived their preliminary hearings Wednesday.
