Retired Granton Ag Teacher Receives 2024 Outstanding Service Citation
Congratulations to retired Granton Ag Teacher, Cheryl Steinbach, on receiving the 2024 Outstanding Service Citation for the Wisconsin Association of Agricultural Educators. Cheryl has been a member of the organization for over 30 years and served as a major support for ag education in her role as Executive Director of Wisconsin FFA Alumni.

GREEN BAY — A fire in Juneau County claimed the lives of six family members who were connected with the Green Bay and De Pere area. The Juneau County Sheriff's Office received a call on Sunday at 2:35 a.m. regarding a house fire on Morros Mile Road in Necedah. According to a press release from the Sheriff's Office, firefighters battled the fire for three hours, and it appears accidental in origin.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Six tornadoes were reported in Wisconsin in June. It was also a very, very rainy month. The “norm” for Green Bay, or the 30-year average, is 4.1 inches of precipitation. The National Weather Service recorded 5.82 inches -- almost 2 inches above normal for the city yet one of the lesser amounts recorded in our corner of Wisconsin.
