NWS: Wisconsin tornado count now up to 39
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The National Weather Service has confirmed that 39 tornadoes have touched down in the state so far this year. This comes after an active month of June where 15 tornadoes touched down in Wisconsin. June 22 was the most significant day for tornadoes during the month.

WALWORTH COUNTY, Wis. - A Milwaukee man was arrested after a high-speed pursuit from Walworth County into Rock County that ended with a crash on Sunday, June 30. According to the Walworth County Sheriff's Office, deputies stopped a vehicle for unlawful window tint and having no front license plate. MAUSTON, Wis. — The six family members who died in a Wisconsin house fire were a former pastor, two of his daughters and three of his granddaughters, authorities and church officials said. The Juneau County Sheriff's Office said in a news release Tuesday that 66-year-old Steven Witte, 38-year-old Charis Kuehl and 35-year-old Lydia Witte were killed in the fire early Sunday morning in Necedah.
