ABBOTSFORD – Two people are dead, one person was injured and another person is in custody after an incident early Friday morning in Abbotsford. The Colby-Abbotsford Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to 303 E. PLOVER, Wis. (WSAW) - A Plover man has shared a video of a rare weather phenomenon. Dan Derezinski captured a video of the circumzenithal arc on July 3. According to EarthSky.com, it’s not a rainbow but is caused by ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. The arcs are related to the frequently seen halos around the sun or moon.

EAGLE RIVER, Wis. (WSAW) - One person suffered minor injuries after a car crashed into the river in Eagle River early Friday morning. In a press release, the Eagle River Police Department explains a woman was traveling north on Railroad St when she drove through 2 stop signs without stopping. She drove through the wooden fence at the end of Railroad St and down the embankment into the river. She was able to escape the vehicle and go to a nearby home for medical assistance.
