Prosecutors say Pollack and co-conspirators, Juwan Anderson and Shamar Leggette, stole more than $400,000 in jewelry from the pastor and his wife.

They entered the Church wearing masks and black clothing and brandished guns, prosecutors said. They removed jewelry from the victims and fled.

Pollack was arrested in September 2022 and pleaded guilty in November 2023 to Hobbs Act robbery. Anderson, who was also arrested and pleaded guilty to Hobbs Act robbery is awaiting sentencing.
