    Off-duty New York City employee arrested in Brooklyn

    BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — An off-duty New York City employee was arrested in Brooklyn Wednesday night, according to the NYPD.

    Kalena Lorainey, 29, was taken into custody at around 9 p.m.

    Lorainey, who works as a police communications technician, is facing endangering the welfare of a child and assault charges, police said.
