    Teen shot inside building in Manhattan: police

    INWOOD, Manhattan (PIX11) – A 17-year-old boy was shot inside a building in Manhattan overnight Saturday, police said.

    The shooting happened by the rooftop vestibule of a building at 128 Sherman Ave. in Inwood around 2:30 a.m., according to the NYPD.

    The 17-year-old was shot in the chest and face, police said. He was hospitalized in critical condition, authorities said.

    It’s unclear at this time what led up to the shooting.

    No arrests have been made.
