NEW YORK (PIX11)– Brooklyn has plenty of affordable housing units with outdoor space, according to the Housing Connect website, which lists New York City’s affordable housing lotteries .

“NYC Housing Connect is your portal to find and apply for affordable rental and homeownership opportunities across the five boroughs of New York City,” read the affordable housing site.

These affordable housing units in Brooklyn offer renters access to an outdoor terrace or a private balcony at an affordable rate. Hundreds of units are listed, with some rents beginning at $465 in one listing and with other buildings serving higher incomes.
