John Chell, the NYPD Chief of Patrol, talked about how extra patrols have impacted crime in Central Park and how drones will help.

“Crime in Central Park has almost disappeared. We haven’t had any robberies and that is what has been happening in the southern part of the park for the last month or two. No one should get robbed in a park. We want people to feel safe, keep people safe, and take the bad robbers off the street,” said Chell.
